International law

International law is a set of rules and principles, which administers the conduct of independent nations in their relationships with one another. International law comprises two distinct legal disciplines – Private International law and Public International law. Private International laws deal with disagreement between private persons of any nation.

Public International laws concern itself with the relationship between international entities and provinces, either as an individual or as a group. It includes various legal fields such as: - international humanitarian law, international criminal law, law of sea, and the treaty law.

International law has the potential to fight against terrorism, hold back conflicts between nations and preserve amity between different nations. The prime aim of Private International law is to deal with human rights issue which focuses not only between a government and its own citizens, but also in how other nations treat with its citizens.

The United Nations is one of the most esteemed international institutions which reinforce cooperation and peace between nations. International human rights law is one of the fields of International law which strives to accomplish human rights. International humanitarian law is another field of International law which governs armed conflict between states. There is a wide range of domains of International law such as: - International environmental law, International criminal law, International security law, International economic law, etc. The International law needs to be complied by every nation across the globe in order to enjoy several benefits of such law.
