In most European nations and the United States, aviation law is regulated at state-level or federal level.
Space law is a branch of law that covers national and international law directing activities in outer space. Space law was launched with the world’s first artificial satellite named Sputnik. Space law is evolving and becoming significant as mankind has started depending on space-based resources.
